How My Iskuul Freelancers uses information when you browse, apply, manage a profile or leave a review.

Accounts and applications

When you create an account and apply, we collect your email address and profile name. WordPress handles account access and password setup. Your application can include a course-completion reference, niches, profile details, an about section, skills, portfolio information and a WhatsApp contact number.

We use this information to manage your account, review your application, check course completion and operate the directory. Your account email and course-completion reference are not displayed as public profile fields.

Public profiles and uploaded images

A profile is published only after you consent to publication and an administrator verifies course completion and approves the profile. Published profile information, portfolio work and contact links can be viewed by visitors.

Uploaded profile images and portfolio screenshots have publicly accessible file URLs, even while an application or profile is awaiting review. Do not upload confidential documents or images you do not want others to access. Use the course-completion reference field rather than uploading private proof in a profile or portfolio image.

Reviews

Reviews are reviewed by an administrator before publication. Approved reviews show the reviewer’s name, rating and review text publicly. The reviewer’s email address is collected privately and is not shown with the review.

Hosting, cookies and external services

Our hosting service may keep technical logs, such as IP addresses and request details, to operate and protect the website. Login and account features use cookies. Website fonts may be fetched from Google, which can receive connection information when your browser loads them.

WhatsApp contact links and external portfolio links take you to other services. Their privacy practices apply when you use them. Contacting a freelancer directly shares the information you choose to send with that freelancer and the service you use.

Payments

This directory does not process payments or charge commissions. Clients and freelancers discuss their own project terms directly.

Correcting or removing your information

You can edit your profile through your account dashboard. Changes require another review before publication. To request correction or removal of a public profile, or to ask about your account, reviews or uploaded files, email info@myiskuul.com. Removing a public profile does not necessarily remove copies held by search engines or other people.
